Speakers will share their stories, either as entrepreneurs themselves or from
their broad experience as advisers to entrepreneurs, to help you identify the
best strategy for creating sustainable growth in your business. They will
include:

Graeme Leach, Chief Economist and Director of Policy at the IoD, will speak on the
economic outlook for 2011/12.

Professor Andy Lockett of Warwick Business School will explore how business models can
help achieve clarity of purpose and discuss the importance for growth of telling an
interesting story and linking it to the numbers.

Mazars Partners, Rod Weston and  eale Bussey, will use Mazars’ enterprise growth
model to discuss the impact of the downturn on key growth drivers.

Dr. Rebecca Harding of Delta Economics, herself an entrepreneur, shares her recent research
“The Challenges and Opportunity for Growth for Entrepreneurs in the UK.”

Luke Johnson, FT columnist, talks about his trials and triumphs, including Pizza
Express, Strada, Integrated Dental Holdings and Patisserie Valerie.
